Milling section

Our milling section has conventional and CNC milling machines.

The conventional milling machines are mailny equipped with Heidenhain controls.
These machines, very suited for single products and small series, are equipped
with 4th or 5th axis to process the product from all sides.

The vertical CNC machining centers all have a large tool magazine. This makes it possible
to quickly change between different series of products. Every product needs specific tools,
sometimes many different tools.

Tools are put together in a separate room. In this room a lot of modern tools are stored.
Drills, taps, reamers, milling cutters. By means of a tool presetter we check whether or not 
the tools are accurately placed in the toolholders.
